1. Membership Length

The 4 Seasons Window Clean Membership is a minimum 12-month commitment and includes four window cleans per year, with one clean per season (Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter).

Seasonal Ranges:

Spring clean: March – May
Summer clean: June – August
Autumn clean: September – November
Winter clean: December – February

2. Scheduling & Notice

Window cleans are scheduled within each season, based on area and route planning.
Customers will be notified approximately one week before arrival.
Exact dates cannot be guaranteed.

Cleaning dates may be adjusted due to weather, daylight, access issues, or safety reasons.

3. Access Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to all agreed windows, including unlocked gates and secured pets.

If access is not available at the time of the visit, the clean may be:

• Skipped and counted as that season’s visit, or
• Moved to the next available slot within the same season (where possible)

4. Missed Visits

If a visit cannot be completed due to lack of access, unsafe conditions, or no prior notice of restrictions, this will be recorded as a missed visit.

Repeated missed visits may result in removal from the membership.

5. Weather & Winter Cleans

All cleans are weather-dependent.
During winter, cleans may be delayed or moved into early spring if conditions are unsafe (e.g. heavy rain, frost, storms, or limited daylight).

6. Payments

A payment link will be sent to the customer after each clean. All major bank cards are accepted including Apple and Google pay

All payments are due as agreed. Late or missed payments may result in suspension of service.

7. Cancellation Notice

A minimum of 30 days’ notice is required to cancel the membership after the initial 12-month period.

Cancellations made before the end of the 12-month term are not eligible for refunds.

8. Refund Policy (Prepaid Memberships)

Prepaid memberships are non-refundable once the membership has started.
If a membership is cancelled after one or more cleans have been completed, no partial refunds will be issued.
